FOOD SERVICE

GOLDEN FLAME HOT WINGS

Colorado Springs, CO, USA

Golden Flame Hot Wings began as a small takeout space, serving local communities around the city of Aurora. Since then, the brand has grown into a local dine-in favorite, with four locations spread across Colorado. With a focus on pairing delicately prepared wings with carefully crafted sauces, this establishment knows that high-quality food is the key ingredient to an unforgettable dining experience.

The Challenge

Golden Flame Hot Wing locations were in need a cost-effective method for around-the-clock monitoring that allowed them to check their refrigeration temperatures with greater frequency, so as to ensure compliance and maintain the quality of their ingredients. As the business scaled, the worry of losing a large volume of inventory as a result of unforeseen problems with temperature regulation further exacerbated the inefficiency of utilizing staff hours for manual tracking. With the possibility of inventory and revenue loss from after hour outages, there was no question that it was time to integrate an improved and more dependable temperature monitoring solution.
