The Challenge

Golden Flame Hot Wing locations were in need a cost-effective method for around-the-clock monitoring that allowed them to check their refrigeration temperatures with greater frequency, so as to ensure compliance and maintain the quality of their ingredients. As the business scaled, the worry of losing a large volume of inventory as a result of unforeseen problems with temperature regulation further exacerbated the inefficiency of utilizing staff hours for manual tracking. Our system offers 24-hour monitoring capability and features SMS text message and e-mail alerts in case of a power outage or fluctuation in predetermined temperature settings. This scalable solution allows for additional sensors to be added in a matter of minutes and is therefore perfect for a business that has a desire to continue expanding its operations.
